About Linear Vapor Tight Lights

Linear vapor tight lights are sealed, strip-style LED fixtures built to operate in wet, damp, and dusty environments where standard commercial fixtures would corrode or fail. The fixture housing creates a continuous seal around the LED board and driver, preventing moisture ingress and protecting against dust, chemical vapors, and cleaning agents.

These fixtures are the go-to choice for parking garages, car wash bays, food processing and cold storage facilities, commercial kitchens, laundry rooms, and agricultural buildings. They mount to ceilings or walls and are typically available in 2-foot and 4-foot lengths with lumen outputs from 3,000 to 8,000 lumens per fixture.

IP65 or IP66 ratings are standard for most linear vapor tight fixtures. UL wet location listings confirm suitability for areas directly exposed to water. Many models include a surface-mount wireway along the top of the fixture for clean conduit management.
