Full Cutoff Wall Packs

Full cutoff wall packs restrict all emitted light to below the horizontal plane of the fixture, sending output downward without any spill into the sky or onto neighboring properties. This design is required or strongly preferred in jurisdictions with dark sky ordinances, light trespass regulations, or conditional use agreements that limit exterior illumination.

About Full Cutoff Wall Packs

Full cutoff wall packs restrict all emitted light to below the horizontal plane of the fixture, sending output downward without any spill into the sky or onto neighboring properties. This design is required or strongly preferred in jurisdictions with dark sky ordinances, light trespass regulations, or conditional use agreements that limit exterior illumination. It is also the right call for any installation adjacent to residential properties, wetlands, or other light-sensitive areas.

Beyond compliance, the full cutoff optic improves efficiency by directing all lumens toward the intended target area rather than scattering light upward where it serves no purpose. Ground-level illuminance is comparable to standard wall packs at lower wattage, which translates to energy savings in addition to the regulatory benefit.

LED versions in this category offer long service life, 120-277V universal input, and aluminum housings with durable powder coat finishes. Photocell compatibility for automatic operation is standard on most models, and DLC listings support utility rebate applications.

For more installation flexibility, Adjustable Wall Packs allow optical aim to be set on site. The standard form factor is available under Standard Wall Packs. Space-constrained locations may call for Mini Wall Packs. The full selection is at LED Wall Packs.
